• Billing data – subscription tier, payment method, invoices (handled securely by our payment processor).
• Support communications – messages, attachments, and contact details you send us.

• Provide and maintain our services.

• Process payments and manage subscriptions.

5) Storage and security

Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure and protected with encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access to production systems is restricted and logged.

6) Service providers

• Microsoft Azure – hosting and databases.
• Stripe – payment processing.
• Google Workspace / Microsoft Entra – email and authentication (if used).
• Analytics – aggregated performance and error reporting.

7) Data retention

We retain account and billing data while your account remains active and as legally required. Backups are encrypted and expire within 30–90 days.

8) Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact contact@n01labs.com to exercise these rights.

9) Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

10) Changes
